Homeschool New York Commencement Portrait Schedule

All activities will take place in the Smith Opera House, Geneva, NY
82 Seneca St, Geneva, NY 14456

Please be in the assigned locations, at the scheduled times, for all Graduation Photography.

Arrival at the Smith- Please arrive at Smith Opera House look for our portrait setup at the stage area. Livestream links below for guest who cannot atend.

11:00am-12:00pm Individual photos taken Back Stage, watch for signs. If you ordered a portrait package, please do not forget to have your photo taken.

Participants having their portrait taken, please be dressed in graduation robe and cap.

12:45 PM 2023 Class Photo - Assemble in the lobby of the Opera House.

1:00pm - After class photo is completed: Parents & Graduates Return to seats in the Opera House - look for your names on the seats.

1:30pm - Rehearsal Starts: Parents & Graduates should be in seats in the Opera House.

2:45pm - REhearsol Over - Parents & Graduates leave the auditorium immediately.

3:30pm Sanctuary open for guest seating.

4:00pm - Graduates line up in the same order as rehearsal downstairs in the Cabaret.

4:15pm - Graduate processional begins - enter theater.

4:30pm - Slide show of graduates starts.

5:00pm - Ceremony starts - NOTE every Graduate and parents will have their portrait taken when presenting diploma.
When on stage please look out into the center of the Sanctuary towards the Red Light for 5 seconds so we can get a good picture of you.

4:30pm Ceremony will be live streamed on HomeschoolNewYork Facebook Page and Youtube channel.
